基于机器视觉的机车齿轮毂全自动双轴拧紧机的设计和应用

设计了基于机器视觉的机车齿轮毂全自动双轴拧紧机,根据拧紧工艺和扭矩控制原理实现对螺栓拧紧力矩的控制;通过丝杠变径机构,实现不同规格齿轮毂螺栓拧紧;利用机器视觉实现螺栓位置的识别以及初始位置的确定;讨论了自动拧紧机控制系统的硬件组成和软件系统配置,并介绍了防错、防漏功能的设计流程。螺栓自动拧紧机可提高装配精度和操作效率,降低工人的劳动强度。     

水下连接器毂座加工工艺研究

针对水下连接器典型工件毂座的加工难点,通过研究其结构特点与材料特性,制定了工艺路线,并通过工艺试验,研究了抑制颤振和自适应插补在复杂型面数控加工中实现技术,确定了关键工序的工艺参数,满足了水下连接器毂座的加工精度和使用性能要求,也为类似结构加工制造提供借鉴。     

基于链接相似度和作弊系数的Spam网页识别算法

Spam网页主要通过链接作弊手段达到提高搜索排名而获利的目的,根据链接作弊的特征,引入链接相似度和作弊系数两个指标来判定网页作弊的可能性。借鉴BadRank算法思想,从Spam网页种子集合通过迭代计算链接相似度和作弊系数,并根据与种子集合的链接指向关系设置权重,将待判定的网页进行度量。最后选取Anti-Trust Rank等算法作对比实验,结果验证了本文算法在准确率和适应性方面优于对比算法。     

Effects of brand anthropomorphism on consumer-brand relationships on social networking site fan pages: The mediating role of social presence

This study aimed to investigate the effects of brand anthropomorphism on consumer-brand relationships in a social media marketing context. We hypothesized that anthropomorphism on a brand’s Facebook fan page can strengthen the relationships between brands and consumers by yielding both social presence and a positive inference regarding the brand’s quality as a relationship partner. Our longitudinal experiment confirmed the effects of brand anthropomorphism on consumer-brand relationships on social media and the mediating role of social presence. The results suggest that when the anthropomorphized brand had relationships with consumers, a favorable attitude was shown toward the brand. Further, the participants perceived the anthropomorphized brand as a trustworthy relationship partner, giving more “Likes” for the posts from the anthropomorphized brand than those from the non-anthropomorphized brand. Further, the results confirmed that these favorable relationships were maintained even after the participants became aware of a brand transgression.     

双轮式抛投机器人仿富勒烯轮毂结构设计

为了提高双轮式抛投机器人的全向抗冲击性能，提出了一种仿富勒烯张拉式轮毂结构及其优化方法。首先，根据C₆₀的几何特点及正二十面体被截取顶角后的截取比例λ建立模型，利用直接刚度矩阵法对模型进行受力分析，给出了最优截取比例λ。然后，以张拉结构为载荷分布优化单元对C₆₀结构载荷分布进行优化，并对其静力学性能进行了ABAQUS仿真分析，最后将其与同质量的条幅式、轮辐式以及球壳式轮毂结构进行对比。仿真结果表明:所提出的仿C₆₀张拉结构轮毂具有较好的强度及刚度特性，整体承载性能较优；具有较好的承载与散力特性，应力分布较为均匀；同时具有较好的承载全向性，结构受力整体性好且不易失稳，从而验证了所设计结构的有效性。     

一种重载汽车轮毂总成自动点焊机器人的研制

针对手工焊接汽车轮毂总成效率低下、焊接质量不稳定等问题及一种重载汽车轮毂总成的结构特点及焊接要求，设计了一种直角坐标型自动点焊机器人。阐述了自动点焊机器人本体的方案设计、控制系统应用等过程，并利用现场试验与工业性试验对自动点焊机器人的性能等进行了验证，为重载汽车轮毂总成的自动焊接提供了一种可供借鉴的方法。      

Multi carrier energy systems and energy hubs: Comprehensive review,survey and recommendations

In this paper, the multi carrier energy (MCE) systems are reviewed from different point of views including mathematical models, integrated components and technologies, uncertainty management, planning objectives, environmental pollution, resilience, and robustness. The basic of MCE systems is formed by combination of cooling, heating and power (CCHP). The natural gas and electricity are the main inputs to MCE systems and the cooling, heating, and electricity are the common outputs. The regular energy converters in the MCE systems are combined heat and power (CHP), gas boiler, absorption-electrical chillers, power to gas (P2G) and fuel-cell. The generic energy storages are electrical, heating, cooling, hydrogen, carbon dioxide (CO₂) and hydro systems.
